1. Can we get a reduction if we do not want a seat for our baby?

By law we have to provide seat to an infant. We cannot give reduction for not taking or utilising the seat. we do recommend that you travel with a car seat to ensure your child is secure.

2. If I book my own Flights can I get a reduction?

This is not possible on all tours. Please call our sales team to check if arranging your own flight is possible.

4. What is a early bird discount?

We offer a discount for early bookers. You can only claim an early bird discount if you make a confirmed booking before the time specified in the offer itself.

5. Why can I not get the 5% discount that you were offering in the begining of the year?

This is a special brochure discount applicable during certain times and not throughout the year.

6. What is fourth bed reduction?

In most hotels the fourth bed cannot be provided, for this reason, we offer some reduction for the fourth passenger (only for children)
