In order to make a booking for your selected holiday you are required to complete the booking form, which can be downloaded from the link on the right panel. Click the below methods to view step by step booking instructions.

• Booking by visiting a star tours office

Step 1 :Complete the booking form and sign it.

Step 2 : Handover the booking form to our reservations team along with your method of payment (cheque/Cash/ Credit or debit card).

• Book by posting your form and cheque or credit/debit card details

Step 1 : Complete the booking form and sign it.

Step 2 : Post the booking form to any of our offices along with your cheque (made payable to: Star Tours Ltd) or alternatively mention your credit/debit card details within the space provided on the form.

• Book by faxing your form and credit/ debit card details

Step 1 : Complete the booking form and sign it.

Step 2 : Mention your credit/debit card details within the space provided on the form and fax it to any of our offices.

• Book by sending us your form and paying online or via bank transfer

Step 1 : Complete the booking form and sign it.

Step 2 : Once the booking form has been singed, fax it to us in order to receive your booking reference number as you will need it to use as your payment reference when you initiate the transfer.

Step 3 : Arrange for a bank transfer, this can be done in various ways:

• Either by visiting any Barclays Bank and depositing the money into our account or your via online/telephone banking
• Please note to mention your booking reference number for the tour whilst making the bank transfer.

Once your booking has been processed you will receive the confirmation invoice via email and visa letter (if required).

For bookings received more than 4 weeks prior to departure a non-refundable deposit amount of 25% of the tour cost will be required for coach tours.

For all flight tours, a non- refundable deposit of 40% (of the tour cost) will be required at the time of booking.

For bookings received less then 4 weeks prior to the departure of the tour, full payment will be required at the time of the booking.
