For your convenience, Star Tours has a number of Pick-up Points that you can choose to join your tour from.

Note :
Southall, Wembley, East London, Finchley, Maidstone and Dover are guaranteed pick-ups. All other pick ups will be
charged according to the above table.Please specify the most convenient pick-up point on your Booking form at the time of booking. However, if for
any reason, your initially booked pickup point becomes unavailable, we will inform you prior to departure.
Dover pick- up will be provided only if the ferry departs from the port of Dover and therefore Dover pick up is not guaranteed at all times. Although we endeavour to provide this pick up we are able to confirm Channel crossing 14 days prior to departure. If Channel crossing is not available then we will not be using Dover for our outbound travel. If you require Dover as your pick up then we will be able to confirm if it is available for your tour 14 days prior to departure. You can initially select Dover although if its unavailable then you will need to change (Star Tours will not be responsible for any costs associated with you changing your pick up).
You should plan to be at your joining point no later than 15 minutes prior to the departure times stated above as coaches will not be delayed for passengers arriving late.
Return journeys from the continent are scheduled to arrive at Dover between 19.00hrs and 20.00hrs approximately. We will then proceed
to original pick-up points in London (arrival time between 21.00hrs and 23.00hrs)
If you have arranged for an external pick up then transportation from your chosen pick up to the point where you will board the coach may be arranged by a private car, minibus or an alternative coach. If you have booked a return pick up/drop off service then on rare occasions there may be up to an hour’s wait for a connecting coach (if wait is more then one hour then meals will be provided by Star Tours).
Important Note :
You can change your pick up point up to 10 days prior to departure free of charge. Within 10 days it may not be possible to make changes to your pick up point; if possible then there will be a £10 admin charge per person.
If Wembley is your chosen pick up point and you require transportation to and from then we recommend you book with Angels Minicab Service; located 5 min’s drive from our Wembley office, they offer a friendly and reasonably priced personal service.
Note: We recommend that you book in advance to avoid any mishaps and would like to point that Star Tours cannot be held liable for any disputes arising between the client and Angels Minicab Services.
