Is my tour guaranteed to run?

All our group tours are subject to minimum number based on confirmed travellers. If we do not reach that minimum number we will have to cancel the tour. However if we do cancel the tour we will refund the Tour amount that you have paid us, or you can choose to travel on another suitable date.

When will I get my money back if Star Tours cancel a tour?

We will process the refund immediately in the same mode as to how you made the payment once we have notifyed you that we are cancelling the tour. It may take upto 5 working days to reflect in your account.

Why would you need to cancel a tour?

If tour does not reach the minimum passengers, it is not possible for us to run the tour.

If I have to cancel the tour, what will be the cancellation charge?

Please refer to our terms and conditions to find out what the cancellation charges would be should you want to cancel. We would recommend you inform us soon as you can, should you need to make any changes to your booking to ensure you are charged the least amount of cancelation charges or admin charges

Can I make a date change once I have made a payment for the booking?

A date change is possible, as long it is done more than 30 days before the departure date. However please note there will be a admin charge per person. For further information on changes that are possible to your booking please refer to our terms and conditions. This change is applicable only for Coach Tours. Please call our sales team for further information.
