About this Holiday...

Best of Europe - 6 Days - Travel on any date you want!

Social distancing? But you still want to go away this summer?

Star Tours is introducing Social distancing tours, to ensure our passenger's safety, comfort and peace of mind are paramount.

We are offering a new way to travel on our tours. Opposed to travellers booking multi-person tours, you may instead opt for small, private tours that are limited in number but still large in scope.

We appreciate that many of our passengers will want to travel by ensuring that their fellow travellers are individuals they know well, see often, and feel safe around — their immediate or extended family, or a close community of friends – their “social bubble”.

You can now travel in smaller groups ranging from two passengers up to sixteen passengers, on a limited number of itineraries that we are currently offering. See details for further information and pricing.

Today depart towards Dover or Folkestone for your crossing to Calais or Dunkerque. Once in mainland Europe, drive towards Brussels, the Capital of Belgium. On arrival in Brussels, we make our way on foot through the charming cobbled streets of Brussels to the Old Town. Here marvel at the "The Grand Place" or Grote Markt, which is the central square of Brussels. You can then continue down the adjacent street to see the Manneken Pis, an iconic 17th-century bronze fountain, depicting a naked little boy urinating into a fountain's basin. Before departing Brussels, we board our vehicle and do a photo stop at a giant stainless steel atom, known as the "Atomium". We then proceed towards our hotel.

Today morning drive to the Black Forest region in South Germany; home to the well-known Black Forest gateau and the world famous cuckoo clocks. We continue our journey heading South of Germany and into Schaffhausen a city in north-eastern Switzerland on the river Rhine, next to the German border. On arrival why not take the time to admire the prime tourist attraction of the Rhine Falls, Europe's largest open-plain waterfalls.
After make your way towards Central Switzerland, and to Lucerne. In Lucerne walk and view the Chapel Bridge also known as Kapellbrücke. Later visit the Lion Monument, or the Lion of Lucerne, a rock relief, designed by Bertel Thorvaldsen

Day 2/6
Day 3/6 Mt Titlis - Interlaken - Geneva (Distance: 340 Kms)

On arrival in the "City of Lights" - Paris, we make our way to the renowned, and world recognised the Eiffel Tower. Here you can use your free time to scale to the top of Eiffel tower. It should be noted that as the Eiffel Tower is the worlds most-visited paid monument you should expect long security and ticket queues as reservations are not always available.

After a mesmerising free time at Eiffel tower get back to your car for a night tour of Paris.

The Paris Illumination Tour takes you around the key sights of Paris at Night.

We then late in the night make our way to the hotel for our two-night stay. Get a good night's sleep as more wonders await you tomorrow.

The gardens are landscaped in the classic French Garden style perfected here by André Le Nôtre. We then continue to the famous Louvre Museum here you can buy your own ticket and view some of the famous artefacts and sculptures housed here. Why not take the short time we have here to see the ‘Mona Lisa’ or Marley horses, or simply bide the time shopping for loved ones, and grabbing lunch at the many restaurants inside the Louvre. We then visit the Fragonard Perfume Museum and get a brief insight into the origins of the different type of fragrances and the history of the Fragonard brand, you then have a chance to purchase some unique French fragrances, soaps, candles and more.
