We are on a 14 Days Majestic Europe Tour with Disney and today completed the second day. I can't stop myself complementing Star Tours for the very well organised tour. It has been delightful, informative and very very professional. All the three meals a day have been of top quality. The guide Mr Khushro is very knowledgeable and taking care of everyone's individual needs and giving all sorts of advice and instructions to keep everybody safe. Well done Star Tours! My husband and I went to Tokyo with star tours. It was one of the best Holiday we ever had. We met our tour guide at the airport who looked after us until we left Tokyo for London. The tour guide was polite, helpful, considerate and punctual. We couldn't have asked for a better guide. We would love to go back to Tokyo.

We are just finishing the 5 days PNER tour with Mr.Galib, our star driver and Mr.Shaji star entertainer who was way more than a guide. They were very professional, caring and I should say they hosted us across 5 countries spanning 5 days keeping to every commitment and going beyond call of duty at every possible opportunity. Mr. Shaji was key to creating a family atmosphere within the group. Mr. Galib's driving was awesome with no jerks, we could leave our 3 year old very safely in the coach and sleep. And about the food, can't ask for anything better. The variety, taste and quality of food was awesome and the menu carefully decided to bring in variety though provided by different restaurants. A very important aspect of a group tour is to maximise utilising available time. We didn't lose time waiting for others and the itinerary was planned and executed with great precision. Highly recommend!!

We went with Star Tours for the third time. Our relation with Star Tours is since 2010; we first went Holland and Belgium, then in 2013 to Paris and 2017 Swiss Express. They provide brilliant service - everything from the hotels, food, and tour managers. Tour Managers have excellent knowledge and tell us everything very clearly. Star Tours is incorporated on 24 February 1997 as a private limited company;

arranging group tours to Paris, Amsterdam and day trips around England.

1998

 

Introduces a range of destinations within Europe and worldwide.

1999

www.startours.co.uk is launched

2000

Star Tours introduces mobile kitchen catering vehicles, providing authentic Indian meals during tours. This concept revolutionises the way Indian meals are bought to those travelling in Europe.

2005

The company moves their office from Harrow to a prominent area in Wembley. The move aligns the business closer to its core customer base and makes those wanting to speak to a travel agent ever more accessible.

2008

We open our first international branch in India, Mumbai. This year marks 50,000 passengers for Star Tours. The move marks Star Tour’s first furore in a major way into a market that is booming and expected to grow exponentially.

2009

Introduces only four-star hotels in Italy. With the ever-changing traveller having a more higher demand and a higher level of expectation – we introduce 4-star hotels not only in Italy but across many of our cities around Europe.

2010

Star Tours introduces nationwide departure points across England. Travelling for those in UK has never been easier. With the introduction of pickups across the Midlands and West Country, travelling to the continent has never been easier.

2011

We open our second international branch in India, Ahmedabad. This year we also launch a 24-hour call centre on the outskirts of Mumbai. With the ever busy schedules of the modern world, we introduced a 24-hour call centre, enabling our customers to book and seek advice at a time that is convenient for them.

2012

Complimentary extras such as night tour of Paris, ice cream in Italy, tea on Boppard cruise is introduced on selected tours. With so many wonderful years taking all our valued clients across the globe it was time to give something back, and small extras across our tours were introduced.

2013

We further increase our global presence by opening a branch in North America. Star Tours now was officially a multi-national company in many fronts. With more migration to USA than any other country from those in the Asian sub-continent; we simply provided an easier manner for those to get the home comforts in Europe whilst travelling.

2014

Star Tours introduces a new website allowing passengers to book tours online. With an ever-increasing online presence required in the digital age, Star Tours were one of the very few tour operators to offer an online booking platform that allowed its clients to manage their booking online and make amendments to make life simple.

2016

Star Tours have served more than 150,000 passengers, The milestones over the years have given Star Tours an exponential growth, not only delivering on successful numbers financially but ensuring our clients were taken care of without a doubt from a strong and stable company that is one of the fastest growing in the UK.

2017

Today we are the leading tour operators for the Asian community, and one of the fastest growing companies in the UK.
